UPDATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Click on the “CANCEL” button for the subscription you would like to cancel.
We have to process subscriptions by the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label, and ship all of our Freddie’s Finds subscriptions by the 15th

Log into your account after the 15th and you should find a link to track your package. If you don’t, contact us and we’ll help you out!
Tracking your package and it looks stuck in one location? Sometimes the USPS doesn’t update the package info as they move it to another shipping hub. This is quite common. Contact us if you don’t receive your package after 8 business days.
Shipping is free within the lower 48 states–just $5 to Hawaii and Alaska.
You can log into your account and click “Manage Subscription” to update your subscription at any time. Please reach out if you need help adjusting your subscription, we’re always happy to help.
