UPDATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

How do I change my subscription?
If you log into your Freddie’s Finds account and then click on the “Subscription” tab, and then click on “Manage Subscription” under the subscription you want to update. Here you will find the option to change your subscription.
Why was my subscription renewed?
Freddie’s Finds automatically renews every cycle, we try to make this apparent on the site when you order or log into your account, but sometimes it gets missed! You can log into your account and scroll to the “My Subscription” to update your subscription at any time. Please reach out if you need help adjusting your subscription, we’re always happy to help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your Freddie’s Finds account
Scroll to My Subscriptions
Click on the “CANCEL” button for the subscription you would like to cancel.
We have to process subscriptions by the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label, and ship all of our Freddie’s Finds subscriptions  by the 15th
How do I start a subscription?
Click on the “Get Started” button on the homepage. Select the size of your dog (for optimal gift selection) and then select which Freddie’s Finds plan you’d like. Once you fill in the billing information, your shipping info and a bit of information about your dog. Then, you’re all set!
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription via the account page at any time. To cancel your subscription, just login to your account, click on the “Cancel” button. You will still receive your Freddie’s Finds you have already paid for but your subscription will not be renewed the next time it expires.

Please take note: we have to process subscriptions by the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship all of the Freddie’s Finds subscriptions by the 15th.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my Freddie's Finds?
We ship Freddie’s Finds out on the 15th of each month. If you signed up before the cutoff date (the 10th of each month) you’ll receive your Freddie’s Finds this month! If you signed up after the 10th, you’ll receive your first box next month.
Where is my Freddie's Finds?
We ship out Freddie’s Finds on the 15th of every month. So, if you have placed your order for your first month’s subscription before the 10th, your Freddie’s Finds will ship by the 15th. When your Freddie’s Finds ships, you’ll receive an email that contains a tracking link, so you can check in on your package. You can also find this tracking link after the 15th of the month when you log into your account.

Log into your account after the 15th and you should find a link to track your package. If you don’t, contact us and we’ll help you out!

Tracking your package and it looks stuck in one location? Sometimes the USPS doesn’t update the package info as they move it to another shipping hub. This is quite common. Contact us if you don’t receive your package after 8 business days.

Will you let me know when my Freddie's Finds has shipped?
You will receive an email each month to let you you your Freddie’s Finds is on its way. This email contains a Proof of Shipment/Delivery Confirmation link.
What are my shipping options?
We ship all Freddie’s Finds via a combination of DHL and USPS Ground. Freddie’s Finds will arrive between 2 to 8 business days. Each month all of our subscribers will receive an email letting you know your Freddie’s Finds has shipped.

Shipping is free within the lower 48 states–just $5 to Hawaii and Alaska.

BILLING

How do I update my billing information?
You can do this by logging into your Freddie’s Finds ACCOUNT and changing your payment information.
Why was my subscription renewed?
Freddie’s Finds is a subscription service that automatically renews every cycle. We want to make sure your dogs don’t miss a single Freddie’s Finds box.

You can log into your account and click “Manage Subscription” to update your subscription at any time. Please reach out if you need help adjusting your subscription, we’re always happy to help.

What payment options do I have?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept checks, money orders.
Why does my credit card show a $1 charge from Freddie's Finds?
Not to worry! That $1 charge is actually just a verification– you will not actually be charged that dollar. It should disappear off your card anytime, but if you see it hanging around on your credit card statement, please feel free to contact us and we’ll figure out what is happening. 
Why is the total cost of the subscription charged up front?
Charging up front allows us to make plans with high quality vendors to put together future Freddie’s Finds at a great price. 

GIFTS AND COUPON QUESTIONS

Can I give a Freddie's Finds as a gift?
You can gift 1, 3 or 6 months of Freddie’s Finds to anyone you’d like! Here’s how it works: you select a 1, 3, or 6 month subscription and we send a personalized email to the recipient, asking them to provide their details so we can ship them their first Freddie’s Finds. Gifts are just like our regular subscriptions and autorenew.
I don't see a place to enter my coupon code?
You cannot add a coupon to a gift order. Coupons can only be used on our regular Freddie’s Finds subscriptions.

Shelters, rescues, and non-profits-

We are interested in working with any rescue, shelter, non-profit or organization that helps change the lives of dogs in need.

If you have an organization to recommend for our support, we’re always open to suggestions. And any shelter or rescue can submit their information here.
